Shocking service from Rain Internet Service Provider
What an absolute joke. I have received multiple autogenerated responses with no real response to my query. I was promised delivery with 5 days and 7 days later still nothing. There is no way to contact them telephonically so you can’t talk to anyone and the customer contact via mail is a joke. I have never received such poor customer service trying to get a service from a supplier before.

02 Aug 2022, 12:48Once again underwhelmed by your service. Got called last night and told I would get my router today. I got a call today to be told I would get it tomorrow and when expressing my unhappiness I was met with attitude. I then ask to have it confirmed that I would get it in the morning, the person responded saying they would get right back to me….. That was 2 hours ago.

03 Aug 2022, 10:56And again there is an issue, which they don’t tell you about. I now have my router which was delivered finally. The SIM card has not been activated and there is no number to call to have this done. So another delay and more frustration, I really don’t know if I am the only person struggling so much or if others feel the same way, but this level of service is shocking! Why don’t Rain have a call centre you can call and speak to a human being? The number Rain called me off is clearly outgoing only as when you try call it the call is cut off.
