SHOCKING SERVICE FROM RAIN

I joined Rain in middle July 2021, beginning of August I had fibre installed so cancelled Rain through their app prior to the 30 days that I had paid for. Beginning September and October, debit orders were still deducted regardless. I was informed I will only get my refund once the router was collected, this was collected 2 weeks ago. Phone calls and email correspondence is an absolute waste cause they are useless. They deduct money from your card thus you are unable to send the debit order back or cancel it. Clever ploy to continue collecting money.
