SHOCKING SERVICE FROM RAIN

About to lose my mind dealing with Rain. Cancelled 5g in Jan as had zero usage due to the tower being down (Dec and Jan) as told by an agent at rain and they still took full amount from POS card transaction in Feb and everytime I call, I get a different story and promise that someone will call me back and no-one ever does. Lastest in they waiting to check whether they received the router, which CCD couriers collected at the beginning of Jan. I AM FED UP!!!
