Shocking service from Rain

Its been months now having connectivity issues with rain and no resolution, I was attended by a network engineer who told me to reset and reboot my router after it did not work he just hung up and no one is assisting, very appalling service to say the least, so one must continue to pay and not be able to use the router or connect
