SHOCKING SERVICE FROM RAIN

Good Afternoon, your service is shocking. I have asked for my 4g unlimited be changed back to pay as you use. There are no option to do this on the website but have sent a message via "contact support". I did this before the end of the month as I was advised. I did receive an email confirming my issue was resolved. Today is the 3 August 2020 and it still has not been cancelled. When do you intend stopping the service as I will not pay for another month. If no response has been received from you by the end of the business day today I will cancel the card. I have already contacted my bank who will dispute anymore payments. SHOCKING SERVICE
