Shocking Service

I am a subscriber to RAIN & my router got damaged and is no longer working. On Thursday 16/11 requested a call back at 07:23 #***0. No one contacted me by 12:00. I called in & was told that my router could be replace & someone from another department would contact me#***4. By 16:30 no one had contacted me & I spoke to the call center again! no joy! Still no one had contacted me by Friday 17/11 12:00, I opened another ticket for a call back #***0. Still up to now Saturday morning no one from RAIN has bothered to contact me. I suppose I'll head to the shops this morning & find an alternative network supplier!
