Shocking service delivery from ISP Rain

Rain ***. 101 5G I am bitterly disappointed in receiving no help from Rain who is all talk and no action. I cannot access s Password which they are requesting to activate my WiFi on my phone. This has never ever been supp**** to me. Despite numerous messages and phone calls the only message I received is HELP IS ON THE WAY. No help has arrived for days now. I am so upset that I want to cancel the Contract and go to another ISP. I am going to advise everyone on all Social Media Platforms of the shocking service from Rain. This is going to cost them dearly.
