SHOCKING SERVICE AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION

I joined rain mobile network 2 months ago and was initially hugely impressed with everything about them and their service.

Now, 2 months later, it is just the opposite. Their network in Somerset West is inconsistent.

I tried to complain, was sent an email by their Customer Support Department, completed the form, submitted it, but the same questionnaire was sent to me numerous times to complete again.

After two days I still had no reaponse from them. In the meantime I was sent another email computer-generated by them, asking me whether my issue was resolved and to rate their service.

I responded negatively, but now, a week later, has still not had any reaction at all.
