Shocking Service

I got a Rain Sim 29 April but still no Service that is connected after I asked 3 times will I get service. It is not even connected to a tower. How shocking is that for service. The worst is yo try and get to speak to someone that could potentially help. No Call Centre or if they do it is hiding.
