SHOCKING SERVICE

I have had little to No internet for my small business which is less than 3km from Rains offices in Bryanston. I have called the support line every day this week, sometimes with a mail providing a ref which means nothing and sometimes without. I am either told to reset my router which i have done a million times and more, the tower is doing testing, or under maintenance or battery theft or that a technician will be in touch, still 5 days later not a single word from anyone and still i have to run off my phone. The service is disgusting. I will most definitely not recommend anyone to sign up with rain. As the saying goes "too good to be true"its exactly that..... ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!!!
