Shocking service!!

It has been almost a month or two since I took back a router to Rain Paulshof that was giving me problems. To this day I am receiving messages from Rain asking me to pay so I can connect the very same router I gave them.

Very *********** customer support. Once you take their router the service stops!! It ends in sales, from there onwards you will need to write reviews before you can get any help.
