Shocking Service

The service from Rain, is absolutely shocking. Cannot understand how they are still in business. I had excercised my right to return the 5G router from Rain. Which did not even work for more than a day. With all accessible towers being down. The policy states a customer can withdraw from their contract and their initial pmt will be refunded once the router has been received at their offices and tested. Our router was collected 22.07.2022. It was tested. However to date I'm still waiting for my refund. I've made countless calls and sent several emails. Rain responded to mails however they referred to a completely different client with my ref nos.
