SHOCKING SERVICE

I have not even stared using my Rain Sim Card and already I am having so many issued with it, I registered yesterday and the collected the funds (R250) for my subscription and guess what up until now I have not received an SMS to RICA my Sim Card. I have called multiple times and have reference numbers and all of them are escalating my issue to the RICA department. How long does it take one to send just a mere SMS?????????? I want an SMS sent or refund my money I will go to another service provider! The lady I spoke to this morning said she will call be in 30 minutes that was at 12:00pm and up to now no SMS nor a phone call. I actually don't want to continue with this just give me my money!
