SHOCKING!!

I will be reporting Rain to ICASA. I am utterly disgusted at the lack of service and communication from them. The "chat" function has been removed from their website and I have had no response from the support team - only auto replies via email. Bought two data SIMs for staff who needed to work from home under lockdown have issues with download speed. So, money and time wasted!
