Shocking delivery fiasco after g

On Monday an agent from Rain phoned me and I ordered a new RainOne package. Support from David in sales was great, and they said delivery would be through CCD couriers in 3 - 5 days. After 2 days, which is very reasonable for a modern courier service, I check the CCD website track and trace and it shows my order as "delivered" but "No KYC available".

Nobody from Rain nor from CCD has contacted me or tried to delivery anything. How can service from two large companies combined be so damned useless?
