Shocking Customer Service

I am not sure how this company is actually still running. Their customer service is absolutely shocking, getting hold of anyone is impossible, when you eventually do they promise to call back with solutions and they never do. It has been weeks now that we have tried to sort out and issue and we have gotten nowhere. How can does a business run like this.
