Shocking Customer (Non)Service

I ordered a 5G Router with Rain on the 11th of May and I was told it would take between 3-5 days for the router to be delivered to me. Today is the 10 business day and the router still hasnt been delivered to me. I have spoken to 5 different consultants in that time who have all promised to escalate my case and call me back. Not a single person from Rain has called me in all that time. I am always the one having to call in to get an update of whats happening....
