Shocking communication - No service!!

I opted for an unlimited 4G service and paid. Four days later and the sim has still not been activated!! I have addressed three mails to support and had no reply!! You cannot log any additional support calls on the website at present, it doesn't work!! The call center has been closed and you are told to log a support call via the website which doesn't work!! They have taken my money, but failed to provide even the most basic level of service! Where to now I ask.....
