Shocking charges experience
I made payment to Rain on the 25th April 2024 when I returned home, today is the 2nd of May and my internet has been disconnected I have sent 2 communications through their still response. Was I paying the R529.00 for only 7days. Is the service for a month or for a few days??

02 May 2024, 14:37How long will it take for you to be in touch, as it I have no internet connection. If you guys cannot resolve this issue it is best you refund me and cancel your service there is a number of company's that provide the internet service out there.

As I mentioned I was not around during April till the 25th when I made sure there is money in the account. It was not a late payment I will not pay the service while I was not around. And even if it was late your the internet connection was cut out till I made payment. When I got home I had no internet connection but immediately when the money went off my account I had service for 7 days.
This is unacceptable I will not pay for a month I never used the service for. It's either you reconnect my the internet or refund me and cancel the whole thing.

There should not be an invoice because the service was not paid for that therefore There was not supposed to be any service available! How was access given if payment was not received as I received a number of payment reminders for reconnection?
