Shocking behaviour

Dear New Du Debt management and Rain,

Please be aware that this company employs ********* methods. After canceling my Rain contract with a reference number, Rain handed my case over to Nu Debt Management to collect outstanding amounts. Nu Debt Management proceeded to contact my previous employer (12 years ago) and some friends, despite Rain having all my contact details. This has caused serious harm to my reputation.

I have attempted to seek feedback from both Rain and Nu Debt Management, but to no avail. Rain appears to treat contracts as lifelong commitments, akin to Telkom, while Nu Debt operates without ethics and refuses to respond.
