Shocking and non-existent customer service

I would give 0 stars if that was possible. The worst customer service i have ever experienced. I was double billed at the end of November, trying to have that paid back to me has been impossible. I then canceled with Rain and I have been struggling since before the end of December to have the router collected and returned, still with no luck. When you call the customer service number you get through to someone that sounds as if they are in another country. No one calls back and the issues are never resolved. I would strongly recommend people use another internet provider, Rain is shockingly terrible to say the least.
