Shock service from Rain

Disgusted with the service i am receiving from Rain. I havent had any internet coverage for the last 4 weeks and my neighbor's around me as well.They keep telling us its being escelated but no one gets back to us. I believe they do not have enough data to cover everyone, which is quite embarrassing to say the least. I want to warn everyone against this service provider as they dont provide a service at all
