Shifty service

Rain gave me 2 Sims. Which was activated but is not working. The courier guy took a pic of my ID on his personal phone and now I just think Rain is *****. Why give me Sims that don't work. This is the second month. I have submitted numerous tickets too query with NO response. But guess what you know how too deduct. I'm really thinking of switching to too much wifi I don't see why I must be going through all this be and you deduct R529 on rotate but can't get back too a query. I'm furious at this shifty service received.
