She was very helpful with her service. I was having a problem with my billing stating that I need to pay an amount of R225 and i have just made a payment of R881 on the 19th of July. She made me understand that the Rain billing system bills every 1st of each month, that is why I am receiving this message to pay now so that my services won't be suspended. We as customers we need to understand how the billing works so tht we can setup our debit dates accordingly. I am rating her a 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ because she knows her story very well.
