<div>She was so polite, and very patient with me, she did everything to make sure I feel valued as a customer and made sure I was assisted in a very professional manner and as fast as she can, within 10 minutes I was assisted, with a matter that took more than 5 Agent to fail , but she did it in 10 minutes, so I'm very proud to be assisted by her and mostly she apologized meaningfully so, un like the other Agent that were so impatient with me. So in my opinion she deserves that manager position and a raise, cause most of customers will remain loyal to rain because of her.🥰🙏</div>
