Absolute disgrace! This child was very unhelpful and kept going in circles, multiple times he tried to speak over me, he was rude to my husband aswell, no surprise tho as this is the attitude most rain call center agents has, after 1 month of battling to get my money back I'm still left with nothing but excuses from these THEIVES
