Shame on you Rain!

I assisted my dad in cancelling his Rain account on 25.08.2026. The cancellation was never processed. My dad passed away a month later, and despite multiple follow‑up calls and emails, nothing was resolved. I was eventually given an *** to send all the required documents, including his death certificate. Everything was submitted — yet Rain still did not action the cancellation.

Instead, Rain continues to send mail, SMS after SMS, to my late father's phone. This has been extremely distressing for my grieving mother, who has to see these messages every day.

Shame on you, Rain. Harassing elderly people and ignoring a clear cancellation request — especially after a death — is unacceptable.
