Shahin Shaikh from Rain helped me with my connectivity. My payment wasn’t yet updated on the Rain system and when I called in my airtime just was about to run out, I then asked her to call me back which she did in no time and before she called me she noticed that I did pay my subscription but it wasn’t updated, so she did that for me and called me back. This all took place at 8pm on a Saturday, I wasn’t sure I’d be assisted that quickly. Thank you Shanin 🙏🏽
