Services unprofessional billing incorrectly

Am been making payments every month on the last day i find this so horrible for agents that sprak so rude on the 30 May 2022 i spoke to Sea Walter which was unfortunately rude an useless an told me just no i will nit help u an 2th of June again the same agent told just so am not here to help you the agents are just like there agents i ask to come an fect there useless router an they can keep my money .

The last agent was unpleasant unprofessional an horrible tone an told me aswell like the others am not going to help u .

So how much more can Rain wifi rob people that work so hard for there money .
