Services got disconnected even though payment was made.

I've paid my rain account on time,but got disconnected.. according to them they didn't receive payment.ive e-mailed proof of payment,24 hours later I'm still waiting to be reconnected.i feel I'm being treated unfairly.i called them numerous times but to no avail.
