******* services from Rain metowkr provider

Rain has always been a problem with their services. It is really frustrating that they don't want their customers to cancel their ******* contracts. Because now I paid my account on Saturday via their link, the whole of my afternoon and today, they've been nagging me that I didn't pay, I sent them proof that I paid but they still decided to cust off my internet, now I don't have network backup and they family and business are suffering. I tried communicating with them on Twitter, they always say "we will get back to you" which they never do. They'd with for you to call alot of times and they'll just say sorry, that time their network is always trash on a daily basis. Why don't I have network is I paid on time? 😡 Soome please recomment another service provider that better than Rain and still no contracts. Because this is bull****
