1st of all there are no contracts so its a month to month deal, February 28th my payment went off of R739.00 on the 8th of March my internet was disconnected due non payment, I called in spoke to a guy (Ref No. ) he told me i owe R739.00 for the month of March so i asked him how is it logic to pay R1478.00 with less then 6 days, he told me straight my account is in arrears so i must pay, i asked to speak to the manager he put me on hold than cut the call... So its OFF & i work with my internet...

I never not paid my wifi before it went off on time, please i need internet when i get home i have an assignment due. Other than that Rain has been great

I get that, but i changed my payment the 8th for the 1 of April,so if i did not change my payment date than i my wifi will still be on

that's the reason why i changed my date to month end because my pay date changed the 31stof every month, my wifi was cut off on the 17th already so that is not an excuse, what do i owe if my wifi needs to be on & working UP TO DATE
