Services Cut Off Again

Once again I have had my internet connectivity services suspended. My payment date was changed to the 1st but again my services have been suspended yet I even have a promise to pay for the 20th but again im being double billed I am grieving and now I must start running around to get internet access to work I am being told I must make a payment now yet my payment should only be made on the 20th
