Services cancelled and paid for but still getting debited

I regret getting rain. I cancelled my rain network in February after not using the network and my bill being paid for. Tell me why my account got debited even after I cancelled my account after making payment. It’s one thing for me to have struggled when I was using this network but for me to still struggle to just get them to stop debiting my account made me hate it even more.
