Rain is a very sneaky ******* and ********* business. I canceled my services with them in September because I loved and reception was terrible. After failing to reach the customer service I canceled online. Tell me why they've been trying to take money out of my account. So last month they failed and then this morning I wake up to 4 transactions from rain. I can't reach their customer service line. I called my bank who informed me that they can't help with it. This is very frustrating. I only canceled because it wasn't working in the new area so I had to choose something else. I was happy with their service at first now I am livid. Is there an ombudsman or something that I can contact because this is very *********. Disappointed in Rain shame
