I ordered a router and received it on Wednesdays but the sim card its not activated and i tried calling them they told me to wait 24 hour and i did the following day i called again and also got the same story to wait again another24 hour and i wrote an email and i was not answers,after 24 hours i called the router is still has no networks i was told that the matter will be escalated so i must wait for the call from the network support even today i haven't received a call from them,yesterday I called again i was also told the same story of waiting yet another 24 hours and today it is still not working ,so rain really suck at their services i wouldn't recommend anyone to order from them
