Service with an attitude, just like the movies!!

Note: I haven't received my Sim card yet.

I'm not a fan of contacting customer care services....and for good reason. You expect to be reaching someone who is willing to assist you but get the total opposite and end up left feeling like you shouldn't have been asking for their assistance at all. I messed up regarding the account information (human error.....i guess it happens) and already ordered my once off sim. So my next move would be to immediately try and get this sorted out , at least with a friendly consultant willing to help. Too bad i got Jabulisile to assist me with the "no interested in the situation" attitude. I spoke to her via the chat facilities and she later gave me a call....Now the phone call was where i lost my patience. After tell that her numerous times that the line was bad she didn't take much mind to it and continued speaking even when i could not hear her. Eventually she was ending her call and said she would email me and then respond when she gets the time, and then went completely static because of her bad line. She ended the call with me left to no end as to what the hell she has just said in closing the call. Bare in mind I received two clear phone calls minutes before she called. I guess the service with a smile does not apply to rain suppot. I was excited to be joining the Rain community as i have heard good things too bad i was not prepared for the unwelcoming service.

PS. 10 stars to Ram Couriers that tried their best to help deliver but could not as Rain itself had to be contacted.
