Service was fine, but still can't connect

Service was fine, but still can't connect. we moved the router to face where the agent said it must face, still nothing. WE have been experiencing this since last week, and i am working from home. defeated don't know what to do, had to borrow my daughter's pocket Vodacom router. Vodacom never failed me
