service unavailable

The sim card is connected, registered, RICA done, Activation done,APN set but i still dont have internet. I guess then it only means that rain 4G is not available at my area even though it shows available on the coverage map. May you please advise how do i get back my money and return your sim which is not working for me right now and my kids cannot do their school work due to this failure. Please do not promise to come back to after investigation
