**** service they just want money but they don't deliver

Bad service received they first advised me my sim isnt working than i had to follow up with them when they will fix it no one came back to me now i requested a Cancellation and a refund im still getting the same service when everytime the same thing gets escalated im working from home and i was advised a refund takes 3 to 4 working days but no communication what so ever.

I called again today they escalated again today and they so quick to get off the phone really this is messed up.
