Service sucks and serious network issues

We have not had any signal since Wednesday morning and everytime i phone i get a different excuse. When i phoned on Saturday 18th they said my sim card is not registered but i have been a customer since 2020. There service is ridiculous and i have canceled my service, but why must i pay for a month for cancelation when i cant even use my rain network. Peolpe stay away from Rain
