Service Sucks

I have been having problem with my connection sent an email to them on the 29/07/2020, an email to acknowledge receipt of my email was sent, I was informed on the email that they will get back to me in a day or two.

Still waiting for them, and they expect me to pay month end. They blem it on Corona we are also working from home.
