Service sucks
I made an order on the 28 of June for a 5g router, paid the damn thing. Its now the 9th of July and still no router. CCD couriers keeps saying they'll deliver, they don't and just update their system as Customer missed appointment. This has twice now. Arrangement of delivery takes 3 days ?♂️

12 Jul 2021, 12:11Hi please note that it's now 12:10, still no delivery. Delivery was between 10 and 12 and our offices close at 12:30. No explanation as to what's going on, Ive sent emails and still no response. Can my bill be revised to the day of used/delivery, whenever you decide to make the delivery.
