service sucks

Rain is pathetic when you need help no support from them at all. u stand and speak to an AI that has no human emotions. does not understand what is happening and send you a reference number saying some one will contact you but 4 hours later no call from them at all. utterly pathetic and i dont recommend them to any one who favours service in south africa, i will be cancelling my account with them and they can come fetch there router and shuff it where the sun does not shine............................
