Service still active and no refund.

Good Day Cancelled the service as there is very slow or no internet in this area. I was called the next day and was asked if I wanted the service cancelled immediately. I stated very clearly yes. I was told the service would be disconnected and I would be refunded, neither of the 2 has happened. Service is still active, and I haven't received my refund. Kindly attend to this today please. This is failure on your end.
