Service rating = - 10

Rain is so quick to take your money and as soon as you experience issues during setup they are nowhere to be found. There is no service support numbers that customers can contact for immediate assistance. You are required to send a service support request in the hopes that they will call you back. I have sent numerous requests to get an agent to call me.. Still I am waiting. Best part is they charged me for a service I AM NOT RECEIVING. I would stay far away from these so called "Internet service providers" they are just looking for your money with no intention to offer a decent and fair service.
