Service provider not helping but I keep on paying

Good evening. Please tell me what more I need to do to get this resolved. 1.i can't work from home as my network is not stable. I'm on calls the hole day and even have to be logged in at night. Tell me if your work gets affected how will you feel paying for a service that is on and off Please advise me urgently please.
