Service provider? I think not!

Why oh why is the word 'service' thrown around so loosely when I have recieved nothing of the sort from RAIN internet 'service' provider! They are more offline than not and take forever to actually contact you when you make them aware of a problem. On a previous occasion I called, left 4 messages on their app and left numerous messages on their Facebook page. The speedy response got to me 3 days later. Problem solved? I think not! Try another tower, reset till you're blue in the face and your thumb has blisters but no, nothing. Maybe a couple of hours of internet to shut you up and then same old same old. After the last complaint I got a whole 3 days no charge. Whoop whoop. A small compensation when my business depends on internet connectivity to get orders but hey, they sacrificed a whole R79.90 of their income. Such a gallant gesture. If anybody were to ask me if I could recommend them as a provider, they would be my suggestion only if you can't get your hands on a dial-up modem, as that would probably be more reliable than this absolutely pathetic excuse for an internet provider. *Excuse any typos as I am pretty peeved right now and am typing on my phone using borrowed internet from a friend that actually manages to connect....... Needless to say, he's not with RAIN! PS: I had to give them 1 star because there is no option for zero stars!
