Service provider from hell

Use rain at your own risk!!.They **** and said after cancelling the service we will be able to use the router for the next 30 days. A few days after doing the cancellation we lost network. We contacted them and they said it because we have cancelled. They have changed their story and they are not willing to compensate for the damage.
