Service pathetic

My name is Bahle Masinga I have 2 networks with Rain that were not paid for and when I called asking to make payments but Nonkululeko from Rain advices me I buy a new unlimited Sim and I did but since recieved on Monday its not working and when I send them a request to call back since we cannot call them, they never call but busy sending me emails about the ones that not paid where as they advices me to buy a new Sim card rain.
